Hello and welcome
As you can see from the short resume of my past below, I have spent most off my working life involved in a conventional role of assessing and managing acute and chronic ill health in a variety of ages and settings.
My purpose in sharing the information on this site, is firstly, and irrespective of your genes, gender, ethnicity and especially your age, to raise your expectations of your potential for health and well being,
Secondly to share an understanding of how extremely influential you can be in terms how you look and feel as you age. Most of us would choose to avoid chronic disease, progressive disability and mental frailty
So thirdly I hope to make it easier for you to make these choices, decide on what actions you need to take now and then how to maintain these ‘habits’ long term.
Lastly imagine how your success might inspire others to also reach their potential for health and well being.
